Business Manager

A creative entrepreneur is needed to manage the business departments of the College. For more than 50 years, the College’s businesses have funded more than 50% of the cost of the training programs. The college has a 400 acre farm, rental properties in Port Moresby and Lae, and a major business partnership. The business manager would be part of the College.

IT Manager

This position supervises and develops the ICT services of CLTC, which includes E-Learning system, Internet, networking and computer training on all three campuses. The manager is responsible to manage the IT team and oversees a sizeable budget. This is a vital department in the organisation for training, research and communication. Applicants need at least a Bachelor Degree in IT or related area and should have 5 years experience in managing an IT Department.

Store Manager

The Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, creates store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.

Pastoral Counsellor/Chaplin

A qualified counsellor is needed to provide pastoral counselling and care of staff and students at the College.  CLTC has a community of around 400 people of diverse age and backgrounds. The Pastoral Counsellor would be assisted by other experienced pastors in the community. Depending on experience and abilities, the Pastoral Counsellor would also contribute to the teaching of BTh students and contribute to the worship and fellowship programs at CLTC.
